Returns and the correspondent refunds are available for 07 days after receiving your order.
With our main office being in Peru, returns & exchanges imply a significant effort, both logistically and environmentally. So remember that to be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, original tags included.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Do keep in mind that refunds and exchanges do not include shipping fees.
On Sale items are non-refundable.
Itala Testino reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.

Please share the tracking number with us in your email, so we can follow the arrival of the item. You should also attach your receipt or proof of purchase.
